1. General terms

The website olivecollection.gr is an online store of the company Olive Collection Epsilon Estate IKE, based in Fokhosi Semeli, Malades, 715 00 Heraklion Crete, tel. +30 2810 319 222, email info@olivecollection.gr. The company is the seller of the «Olive Collection» products and manages the online store, orders and sales.

By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Continuing to use the website after changes means acceptance of them.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and Personal Data Protection Policy.

The company may modify the terms at any time and will inform you accordingly via the website. Contracts are concluded in Greek and/or English.

2. Intellectual property and trademarks

All content on the website (name, address, logos, images, texts, software, etc.) belongs to the company and is protected by Greek and international law. The rights of third parties belong to their respective owners.

The copying, reproduction, distribution or use of the content for commercial or other purposes requires prior written permission. The storage or copying of parts of the content on a computer for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

3. Information and products

We are committed to providing accurate and complete information about the company, products, and transactions. We are not responsible for any registration errors that were made in good faith and we can correct them at any time.

4. Obligations of the customer

• You are using the website legally, without harming, interrupting or restricting the use of it by others.
• You do not publish defamatory, illegal, obscene, offensive or infringing content and do not violate the intellectual property rights of the company or third parties.
• You keep your account details confidential and are responsible for any activity that takes place through it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including payment information, and for damage caused by malware on your own devices.

In case of abuse, the company may delete the account without warning and claim compensation.

5. Limitation of liability

• We are not responsible for damages from canceled, non-executed or delayed orders due to the customer, nor for the customer's payment errors.
• The products and content are provided «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we make every effort to immediately resolve technical issues.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss resulting from the use of the website or from unauthorized interference by third parties.
• We are not responsible for data protection rules violations that are due to the customer.

6. Orders

• To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old.
• The order is valid when you fill in the mandatory fields and accept the terms. The contract is created when we check and accept the order and send you a confirmation.
• Cancellations or changes are announced within 48 hours, by phone or email. Otherwise, you will be charged for the shipping and return costs.
• If there is a mistake in the availability or price, we will inform you so that you can cancel or modify the order.

7. Prices

Prices are set by the company, include VAT and may change without notice. Once the order is confirmed, you receive the product at the agreed price, even if the price changes later.

8. Payment methods

• Credit or debit card: Visa and MasterCard. You are responsible for correctly entering the card details.
• PayPal: Payment via your PayPal account.
• Bank deposit: in the company's account, with reference to the order number.
• Cash payment: Payment to the ACS courier upon delivery, with a charge displayed in the checkout.

The shipment will only start once the payment appears in the company's accounts.

9. Mission

We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, holidays, etc.). The order is received by the declared recipient upon presentation of an ID, passport, or other official document.

10. Transaction security

We protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. The website uses SSL encryption.

11. Distance sales and consumer protection

Electronic orders constitute distance sales and are governed by Law 2251/1994 on the protection of consumers.

12. Refunds, returns and exchanges

Our products are durable goods and have the required safety certifications.

14. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The terms are governed by Greek and European law and international conventions. For any dispute, the courts of Piraeus are competent, subject to mandatory provisions for the protection of the consumer.
